How to Enter

Photo Showing Classes:

 

Entering for the photo showing classes can be done in one of three ways.

 

The first option is to use the entry form on the website and upload photos for each class.  If you would like to send in more entries than the form allows, simply fill out another form and so on.  Entering via this way ensures you also get a confirmation Email which also reminds you what classes you have entered and with what photos.

The second option is to send an entry via Email to horseshowsonline@hotmail.co.uk. You must ensure that you state your name, PayPal Email address, postal address, class number(s) that you would like to enter, your horse's name, and attached files of the photo you wish to use (please ensure each file is clearly labelled with the number of the class that you wish to enter it in).  

 

The third option is to directly send your entries via Facebook messenger to the show's Facebook page here.  Please ensure you include the same information as for the above methods.

Video Dressage Classes:  

 

Entries can be sent via the online form on the website, by email to horseshowsonline@hotmail.co.uk or via the show's main Facebook page. Please include your name, PayPal email address (or a request for bank transfer details), postal address, class number(s) that you would like to enter and your horse's name. If you do not want your entry to be available to public viewing, please state this on entry.  

Submission of videos can be by made by either emailing the YouTube test link or sending via WhatsApp (please email for WhatsApp details).

​Please note that if you enter just before the closing time and there are problems with your entries it could mean that they are not included in the show.  

 

 

Once your entry has been received, you will be sent an invoice via PayPal (this could take up to 48 hours).  Once payment has been cleared, your entry will then be uploaded onto the website under "Photo Showing Entries" or "Video Dressage Entries", whichever is applicable (this could take up to 72 hours).  

 

Please note that for optimal viewing of Current Entries, a browser other than Safari is recommended.

 

Payment can also be made by cheque, Postal Order or direct bank transfer.  

 

Please note that your entry fee covers second class postage if you enter within the UK.

International entrants are welcome.  

International postage for outside Europe is: £5 for one rosette, £7 for two rosettes, £12 for three rosettes (£16 for USA), and £18 for up to five rosettes (£22 for USA).  International parcels over five rosettes OR over 2kg in total weight (if including heavy points league rosettes etc), will be invoiced for the full postage cost.  

International postage for rosettes to Europe is: £5 for one rosette, £6 for up to three rosettes and £10 for up to five rosettes.  International parcels over five rosettes OR over 2kg will be invoiced for the full postage cost.
